Dance Classes - Ages 2 to 12 yrs
Our Dance classes are a unique blend of dance and gymnastics making it a one of a kind experience for dancers of all ages. Our dancers get to experience ballet, tap, jazz and gymnastics at the appropriate progression for their age. Dance classes encourage children to practice balance, creativity and body awareness to successfully create combinations, execute skillful dance moves and master the concepts of rhythm. Children have too much fun moving and creating to notice that they are also building strength, agility and balance as they get to experience the best the world of dance has to offer.
Through the sport of dance, students will learn discipline, body control, responsibility and coordination. These skills will impact their life outside of the gym by helping to create confidence, independence and self discipline. Each dance class follows a thoughtfully created curriculum taught by teachers who use positive energy and mindfulness to bring the best out in their students.
